Abstract

NRW is seeking to award a contract for the maintenance of Rock catch fences. The purpose of the requirement is to maintain all ropes and U-bolt fixings associated with the rock catch fences by liberal re-greasing with a top grade lubricant, as specified. This will involve cutting back vegetation and scraping back soil and leaf litter to the extent necessary to provide competent and comprehensive protection. Any location where ropes have been damaged either by impact or by corrosion other than superficial discolouration are to be recorded photographically and in terms of location, for further consideration, but should still be greased after such recording.

2.2 Description of the contract

NRW is seeking to award a contract for the maintenance of Rock catch fences.
