Awen will require the following services as a minimum and bidders are afforded the opportunity to submit all-inclusive annual fixed sums for years 1 to 3 for each of the following elements:

• Statutory Accounts preparation from trial balances

• Audit and associated reports and letters to management/Trustees

• Attendance at up to two Board/ Finance and Audit subcommittee meetings

• Corporation tax returns

In addition, Awen may require some adhoc support/advice on a wide range of business requirements for example, business development and growth strategies, SORP charity reporting, Trustee training and development and changes in accounting treatment.

Given the nature of the adhoc requirements, bidders are required to clearly state what, if any of the above advice can be included within the all-inclusive fixed fees and also provide “day rate” for each category of staff within the team for items outside of the fixed fees or added value support.
