Procurement description

Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to commission a Supplier to provide specialist workstation chairs and equipment and advice (i.e DSE Assessments) for employees with specific medical conditions/disabilities on behalf of the authority.

As part of our preliminary market engagement, we are seeking to understand the current market landscape and identify organisations capable of delivering these requirements. The information gathered through this preliminary engagement will help inform the development of our specification and procurement approach.

Participation in this exercise is not part of a formal procurement process and does not constitute a commitment to tender or guarantee of future work. All responses will be treated in confidence and used solely to inform our planning and decision-making. We welcome input from all interested providers, including those new to public sector contracts.
