Description of the contract
Sport Wales will be responsible for the communications of the following key stages of the School Sport Survey, elements of which require branded supporting documents:
1. Brand refresh
The school sport survey has had its own unique brand since 2013. Feedback received from a consultation suggested that stakeholders feel that the current brand feels tired, very dissimilar to the Sport Wales brand and would prefer a more mature look and feel.
Examples of the current School Sport Survey brand can be found in supporting documents.
2. Launching the survey
From roughly end of January, we will begin to promote with stakeholders and publicly that the survey will return and open in March. We will require branded materials to support this activity.
3. Supporting the collection of responses
Most of this work will be done between stakeholders internally, however we hope to raise the profile of the survey by using different channels to reach wider audiences.
4. Publishing of results
Beyond simply communicating results to relevant stakeholder groups, this phase of the survey presents Sport Wales with an opportunity to highlight the importance of sport in a wider context, linking it to health and wellbeing. It also puts forward a case for others to join us in creating a more active nation.
To support this understanding, we are looking to present results within a framework based on the Vision for Sport in Wales. For the first time results will be presented to schools within this context. The Vision for Sport in Wales framework will also be referenced when presenting and communicating about results to other stakeholder groups.
