Notice Cancelled
This notice has been cancelled. The original deadline date of 12/03/2020 is no longer applicable.

There are circumstances outside the contracting authority’s control, which a diligent contracting authority could not have foreseen at the time the procurement exercise commenced namely the Welsh Government decision to postpone the 2021 business rates revaluation, in line with the UK Government’s decision to withdraw the revaluation Bill in England, because of the uncertainties for organisations affected by the recent economic impacts of covid – 19. A new procurement exercise will be undertaken, at the appropriate time, for the revised commencement date, when confirmed by Welsh Government.
