Contract requirements
Researching and writing digital content for WalesOnRails (WoR) a Great Little Trains of Wales (GLToW) project
Interviewing and liaising with the nominated rail line expert.
Identifying the ‘principal’ and ‘minor’ stations on a line.
Researching and writing ‘card’ content for every ‘principal’ station:
• Adaptable accessibility
• Awesome adventure
• Fantastic food
• Gorgeous gardens
• Heroic heritage
• Obtainable outdoors
• Story spots
Finding suitable images to accompany the text; locating local photographer, arranging purchase of images, and making sure they are copyright compliant and making sure they are accredited to the owner of the image.
Getting all text and images approved.
Uploading this information into WoR CMS and getting it to look right in Welsh and English, when published on the website.

An outline of why you could be the content creator to help GLToW.
An indication of your day rate and availability.
CV’s of practitioner/s to include details of membership of professional bodies with details of business insurance.

The bulk of the research work is to be carried out in February with website uploading in early March.
Contract commencement 8 February 2021, there maybe an additional role 22 February.

The project is to be completed and invoice by 12 March 2021
Additional Information
We are keen to hear from suppliers who have a proven track record of working in and/or writing for tourism, rail travel or steam railways. Depending on your availability and the work load we may require two or more digital content creators.

Project delivery
The contract costs are to include travel expenses, administration costs and any other expenses incurred in providing a professional service.
