Abstract

Ceredigion County Council is awarding to a qualified and experienced consultant or organisation to undertake an independent evaluation and feasibility study who has extensive experience, knowledge and competency in Youth and Community Work, Education, Youth Offending/ Youth Justice Services and/ or Social Care.
