Description of the goods or services required

The STEMCymru Project will require a venue in which to stage its Awards and Presentation Day 2016 in the North Wales Area on the 13th April 2016. Access to the space for event setup is required from at least 5pm on the day prior to the Awards and Presentation Day itself.

A written tender submission is required, which will be evaluated on its capabilities of meeting our specification and pricing schedule.

The closing date for written quotes is 12 noon, Monday 1st February 2016.
