Abstract

Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from a supplier capable of becoming a strategic partner for the Supply and Installation of a Corporate IT Housing Solution System. At the present time the Authority utilizes four database applications to deliver the following services: "Core tenancy information, estate management, tenancy enforcement, supported housing, sheltered housing, housing complaints, empty property management, rent accounting and arrears functions" "Cyclical maintenance, response repair reporting, repair appointments, job costing and management functions" "Asset component information, WHQS compliance and works contract management functions" "Common housing register, allocations and homelessness functions" It is the Council’s intention to encapsulate all of these areas into one contract, although the strategic partner will be required to provide innovation during the term of the contract including the delivery of upgrades, new products and services CPV: 48517000, 48517000.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Council’s estimated timescales for the supply,installation and implementation of the proposed system for this project is by no later than 31 August 2020.However, it should be noted that the Council may require the successful supplier to provide a phased implementation approach to specific areas of this arrangement. Further detail regarding this strategy will be contained in the contract notice moving forward.

The required system must be capable of working to, but not limited to the following housing function areas:
