This notice is to advertise a tender opportunity to support the Welsh Risk Pool, a mutual organisation which provides indemnity against risk to all Health Boards, NHS Trusts and Special Health Authorities in Wales, in the development of learning and training materials to present various subject matters in a professional and easily accessible format to support with the ongoing training delivery programme(s) of the Welsh Risk Pool.
The intention is to award a single contract that will be delivered in three phases with the second and third phases being subject to additional funding being made available in subsequent financial years.

The contract will be split into three phases, the initial phases will require the development of training materials in support of elements of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008. The second and third phases will be commissioned with the successful bidder subject to additional funding being made available.
The total contract value indicated in this notice is for all three phases, however, the contract award will only be for Phase 1.
