Powys County Council has appointed one (1) organisations to provide (i) care services to residents, and (ii) related ancillary services (including facilities management service re: Lot 2 only). The Services will be delivered at various premises - 12 residential care homes and 1 intermediate care home - which are owned by the Council. The Council's requirement was divided into 2 Lots: Lot 1 (Services - 11 x residential care homes), and Lot 2 - (Services - 1 x intermediate care home and 1 x residential care home). The duration of the contract(s) is 3 + 1 + 1 years (total 5 years), with a total estimated value for both Lot 1 & Lot 2 of circa 18,506,155 GBP per annum.
