Abstract
The City and County of Swansea’s Special Events team is seeking companies to supply equipment for events to be held at various venues across Swansea.
This specification details our provisional calendar of events and event equipment required for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 events. It is highly unlikely that any one company could provide all of the following provisions, so we are happy for companies to quote for individual lots.
The dates are listed for the 2017 events however dates for the 2018 and 2019 events are to be confirmed but will be of a similar hire period.
