Abstract

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) is inviting a tender from interested Providers to support the delivery of plain film radiographer reporting services. BCUHB currently provides a plain film radiographer reporting service 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 1pm-5pm Saturday and Sunday. From 19th May 2021 there will be a shortfall in reporting capacity of around 26 hours per week due to maternity leave. This shortfall is likely to continue for a period of 12-15 months. Additional plain film reporting capacity is required for the period to maintain reporting turnaround times targets and reduce the risks inherent with delayed diagnosis. 2.2 Description of the goods or services required
