Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council has now awarded the below contract: The works involve the fabrication and installation of approximately two metre high concrete letters spelling 'COLWYN' on the promenade in Colwyn Bay. It is envisaged the letters will be fabricated offsite and delivered to site. The letters will be installed against a concrete plinth, approximately 450mm in height, also to be constructed as part of this contract. The lettering and plinth are to contain steel reinforcement, as detailed within the works information.
