As part of RCTCBC'S Digitalisation Programme, the Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a suitable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to improve Customer's experience with the Council from point of contact through to service delivery.
The new system shall replace the Council's existing CRM system and additionally offer further functionality to enhance other customer facing services to assist the Council's Digital Strategy.
