The contract being let is for a Carers service, delivering multiple projects without lots. Consortium bids are encouraged, along with lead/ sub-contractor arrangements. In these instances, a lead organisation
Bids will be evaluated on commercial basis (cost) and quality basis. 25% of the weighting is based on the commercial bid, and 75% of the weighting is on quality.
The winning bid will work in partnership with the commissioners to implement the project through a series of implementation meetings between January 2019 and March 2019 ahead of contract commencement.
