Abstract

As part of its on-going estate management, over the next 4 years, SWFRS plans to refurbish and update a number of on call stations. In order to achieve this, South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) are seeking to appoint 5 suitably qualified contractors to a framework from which it can run mini competitions for each project. One Principal Contractor would be appointed to run the project as a result of each mini competition. Contractors will be appointed for a 4 year period using JCT Intermediate Terms and Conditions.
