TfW require the provision of a Virtual Proprietary Customer Panel and associated services which has the ability to gather insight on the current and proposed services and activity of Transport for Wales from a representative group of Customers and Stakeholders (around 1,000 panelists in total, users and non-users of our services) and provide feedback on how this insight has been used to continuously improve our proposition.
The term of the contract will be for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for a further 24 months at 12 month intervals.
The value of this contract is estimated at between 100k-300k GBP a year dependent on the amount of research activity required by TfW users as a whole.
