Description of the goods or services required

The purpose of this tender is to commission a provider to devise, develop, deliver and evaluate a Press and PR campaign for Cymru yn Fenis Wales in Venice presentation in 2017. The campaign will offer opportunities to raise awareness & achieve positive media profile about Wales’ representation at the Venice Biennale in 2017 and associated programme.
