The Old College Aberystwyth - Assessment of Application for Listed Building Consent

Description of the goods or services required
Ceredigion County Council is inviting quotes for a consultancy service in relation to the provision of support in association with the assessment of an application for listed building consent for the re-development of The Old College and 1 & 2 New Promenade in Aberystwyth.
The intention is to secure a consultancy service with suitable qualifications and proven expertise in heritage issues and in the conservation of the built environment and who would be competent to properly assess an application for listed building consent for the re-development of the buildings and provide specialist conservation support to the Development Management Service within the Council.
This requirement is urgent to be completed as soon as possible.
