II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Provision of a Proactive HPV Bio-Decontamination Service for ABMU Hospital premises. Integral to the Service is the provision of a trained bio-engineer(s) to be permanently based on-site and the supply of all equipment and consumables necessary to run the Service. The Service is required to address outbreaks of micro-organisms such as bacteria, viruses and fungi, commonly known as C.Diff, MRSA & TB etc.

Explanation
The Service Provider (Bioquell) are the only supplier in the market to be able to provide the level of bio-decontamination required with 35% w/w hydrogen peroxide of suitable grade and deploy in the Health Care environment.
