Cardiff University Campus Accessibility Project

Description of the goods or services required

The aim of this procurement process is to appoint a supplier who will partner with Cardiff University to introduce and manage the implementation of the required physical accessibility improvements, and establishing an effective digital environment that supports the overall need for improved accessibility across all University Campus buildings including teaching and accommodation spaces and generally across the whole campus environment.

This Contract will be let to one supplier or consortium and will be called the Cardiff University (CU) Campus Improved Accessibility Programme.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The accessibility services will need to be delivered to cover the following University real estate:

• 120 x Academic Buildings.

• 169 Residential Buildings.

• Up to 450 Individual Teaching Spaces.

The detailed requirements for Campus Accessibility programme delivery are provided in the Specification Document (Schedule 2).

Bidders able to meet the requirements as set out in the Specification document (Schedule 2) and pass all Pass/fail questions in the Response Schedule (Schedule 3).
