Abstract

The Council sought to establish an External Wall Insulation Framework contract. The Council required an experienced contractor to provide labour and materials under this Framework Agreement. The sequence of external works was to be on a community basis for each of the Council's three housing areas (Lower Rhymney Valley, Upper Rhymney Valley and Eastern Valley). The appointed contractors will be used to support the Council’s own in-house workforce on external works as and when required. This notice is to inform the market of the contract award.
