Ceredigion County Councils the Lead Organisation on a collaborative framework for the Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment at various locations throughout the County of Ceredigion. The participating organisations include but are not limited to:

National Library of Wales

The equipment to be maintained is mainly used for cooking and food preparation. Fridges and freezers have not been included in the scope of this tender exercise.

It is envisaged that these arrangements would be in effect for up to a maximum duration of 4 years whereby the contractor undertakes, for a specified all inclusive consideration to carry out all or any maintenance to the kitchen equipment on all sites.
