Workstream 1a: Domestic asbestos consultants
Workstream 1b: Non-domestic asbestos consultants
To undertake the following tasks:
Independent consultancy service
Asset management plans
Management survey
Asbestos refurbishment survey
Void Property refurbishment survey
Four stage clearance and air test
All surveys to cover all aspects/areas of the fabric of the building and the services contained therein.
Regional lots: LN-North Wales, LM-Mid Wales, LS-South Wales
Workstreams and regions operate independently of one another.
Please note there is also a separate CAN for Asbestos Removals.
WPA clients have a diverse property portfolio with different volumes of asbestos management needs.

LHC/WPA are currently considering our future options in relation to the provision of our suite of compliance frameworks and therefore this extension is required to allow for the review to take place and any subsequent actions whilst still providing an option for WPA clients to use for call off contracts.
