CWM Environmental Ltd is a waste and recycling company that is 100% owned by Carmarthenshire County Council. We are based in the heart of Carmarthenshire and provide a first class service for both domestic and commercial sectors, our aim being to divert as much waste as possible from landfill. CWM operates two Materials Recycling Facilities at Nantycaws. – the ‘black’ materials recycling facility that ensures the greatest recovery from waste that was historically destined for landfill, and the ‘blue’ materials recycling facility that has been purpose built to ensure maximum recycling from the blue household recycling bags and commercial collections. CWM operates four Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC) within Carmarthenshire. CWM also provides a reliable and compliant segregated waste collection service for all types of businesses in the South West Wales region at competitive prices which reflect economic and environment pressures faced by small, medium and large enterprises.
