Description of extensions

The successful tenderer will be required to commence provision of the Service on 1 April 2027. Following the Initial Term, this contract shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one year terms, (with the right to give 30 days' notice at the end of each term) and up to a maximum of two (2) additional one year Renewal Terms, unless either party provides the other with at least thirty (30) days written notice to terminate, in which case the Contract shall terminate on the expiry of the existing term. The first-year term will run until 31 March 2028.
