Description
This Lot covers passive fire safety works and associated compliance works across the Client estate.
Works will support statutory compliance, fire risk assessment actions, building safety improvements, and life safety enhancements in academic buildings, residential accommodation, offices, and specialist facilities.
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, access equipment, certification, photographic records, and management necessary to complete the works in accordance with current fire safety legislation and best practice.

Works will address unplanned failures, leaks, system breakdowns, safety risks, and urgent remedial issues affecting operational buildings including academic facilities, residential accommodation, offices, and specialist spaces.
The Contractor shall provide a fully operational 24/7 call-out service, including labour, supervision, materials, temporary measures, and immediate making-safe works.
